Our packages are tailored towards your specific requirements usually depending on the size of your organisation. Our aim is always to deliver bespoke pragmatic solutions in a business partner approach. Our delivery model is based on three core HR services options designed to be tailored to meet your business needs now and in the future.
Talk HR package (recommended for 5+ employees)
- Unlimited telephone and email support for Line Managers.
- Ad-hoc remote or on-site support as required by client provided at a reduced rate. Cost agreed in advance.
The Everyday HR package (recommended for 30+ employees)
- Undertake HR issues to a maximum of 8 hours commitment on-site per month.
- Maximum of 2 trips on-site per month.
- Provide a bespoke Staff Handbook.
- Unlimited telephone and email support to line managers including follow up documentation.
- Additional HR support provided at a reduced rate, agreed in advance.
The Ultimate HR package (recommended for 50+ employees)
- Undertake all HR requirements to a maximum of 16 hours on-site per month.
- Maximum of 4 trips on-site per month.
- Provide a full set of HR policies and practices that are bespoke to your organisation.
- Provide a bespoke Employment Contracts, HR Policies and documents.
- Four HR workshops for Line Managers per annum on topics of your choice.
- Unlimited telephone and email support for Line Managers including follow up documentation.
- Provide a leading HR Software system.
