We have been offering HR advice and on-site support, to a number of SME organisations since 2006. Based from our offices in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire we serve clients throughout the UK.
Our expert team of experienced and qualified Human Resources Business Partners are always on hand to quickly answer any ACAS type queries you may have as an employer, either over the telephone or by email. So we invite you to use our “Free HR Advice” helpline – for up to 15 minutes!

We offer a straight-forward range of services as follows:
Gold – The Ultimate HR package (recommended for 50+ employees)
• Undertake all HR requirements to a maximum of 24 hours on-site per month.
• Maximum of 6 trips on-site per month.
• Provide a full set of HR policies and practices that are bespoke to your organisation.
• Provide a bespoke Employment Contracts, HR Policies and documents.
• Four HR workshops for Line Managers per annum on topics of your choice.
• Unlimited telephone and email support to Line Managers including follow up documentation.
• Provide a leading HR Software system.
Silver – The Support HR package (recommended for 30+ employees)
• Undertake HR issues to a maximum of 8 hours commitment on-site per month.
• Maximum of 2 trips on-site per month.
• Provide a bespoke Staff Handbook.
• Unlimited telephone and email support to line managers including follow up documentation.
• Additional HR support provided at a reduced rate, agreed in advance.
Bronze – Talk HR package (recommended for 5+ employees)
• Unlimited telephone and email support to Line Managers.
• Ad-hoc work as a result of advice will be provided at a reduced rate, agreed in advance.
We also operate a ‘Pay as You Go’ and bespoke service, please contact us for further details.

Due to the increasing burden of employment legislation and the proliferation of “no win no fee” solicitors, dealing with employment issues is becoming very time consuming and costly. We are a cost effective alternative to having an in-house HR resource. We will meet with you to discuss your specific objectives and undertake a ‘no obligation’ HR Audit free of charge.
In-House Support
Unlike many other distant HR & employment law consultancies who often recite you instructions over the phone or email and then put the onus on you to get the difficult meetings, processes, etc right (or risk your indemnity cover) - we actually can work in-house and remove the burden from you. We act as your HR Manager when you want, when ever you want!
Professional Indemnity Insurance
All advice given is covered by our Professional Indemnity insurance provided by FSA authorised insurers, therefore, you can be rest assured that you would not have to bear any consequences of inappropriate advice.
Employment Tribunal Indemnity protection, of up to £100,000 in any one claim subject to policy conditions.
Service Level Agreement
We encourage developing service level agreements with all our clients. We find these to be excellent tools for helping the two parties improve communications, manage expectations, clarify responsibilities and build the foundation for a win-win relationship.
